And as shown in the screenshot of Task Manager, a Windows service is taking much more CPU than the game itself (as well as some GPU usage - Copy Engine - too).

Like I wrote, the GPU is maybe ~20% used only or lower (instead of the 100% in Patch 2, where it worked fine and was playable - for that GPU). Changing settings doesn't affect the game performance there (until of course a certain point where the settings are so high, that the FPS gets even lower than 14). Previously I completed the whole game with ~25–50 fps (Patch 2), now it is 14-17 fps even if I use the lowest possible resolution and lowest possible scaling/quality etc. The reason the FPS graph on the right screenshot falls abruptly down is because before taking the screenshot I had the map opened (which worked in like ~220 fps). The bars on the OSD show % usage of each component. The settings are Low Quality, 1280x720 + 50% scaling (that's how I completed the game on Patch 2). The GPU usage is very low (16% on the screenshot). The performance is much lower here than in Patch 2, which is not consistent with performance improvements in other places.

On the right side is the actual game after prologue. The performance was much lower in Patch 2. On the left side is the prologue, where the game works like 70–160 FPS (with 80-90 FPS most of the time). I think an image which shows the game in two places (on the same Patch 3) will tell more, so you will not confuse the GPU performance with the game behaviour: The performance also shows much improvement for me in places where the issue is not happening (main menu, prologue, map screen).

Thanks for the concern, I know what you mean 🙂 However I still don't lose hope, as people seem to have much improvements in performance since Patch 2 and I completed the full game on Patch 2. UPDATE : I've tried it again AND IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!! Thanks!! Special thanks to Burak Unal and Eden Zaharoni who helped a lot with this investigation. In case you want to reverse this operation type "bcdedit /set useplatformclock true" in step 2 instead. Look through the output text, if it says "Element not found", this wasn't your issue and you need to look for another source for the slowness!.In the black window that opened, type: bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock.Look through the results, if you don't see "useplatformclock" in the list, don't continue to the next steps, you have another issue causing the slowness!.In the black window that opened, type: bcdedit and press enter.Press the windows key, type cmd, right click on the top result - 'Command Prompt' - and choose Run as Administrator.If anyone playing on the Windows Store is reading this - you can use this fix as well!
